Friendly owners and very accommodating. Affordable but VERY old and dated. There is a beach, but this section of beach is usually unswimable due to massive amounts of mosquitoes and fly's.
Very beautiful place and great location and owners are very friendly and beautiful view of water. And price is good too
Very nice location right in the area I grew up in. It'll be difficult to find other owners as friendly as these two. You'd expect the room to be a little chilly this time of year being right on Lake Michigan, the room stayed nice and toasty though, comfy beds if maybe a little too bouncy. Perfect for someone wanting a nice simple visit, I felt better staying here than we did paying $160 and $250 a night for our rooms in Escanaba. So don't let a very affordable price make you think you're not getting a good experience.
Very reasonable rates, sweetest hosts, beautiful view, clean, comfortable, many amenities. Would recommend this to anyone going to Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
The motel is a little out dated but it's a Mom and Pop business. Very clean and very reasonably prices. They where very helpful with information and they have a private beach to relax on. It was the best place to recharge myself.
I love big baby getaway! It's a nice cozy spot! The best part is the beach access right across the street! Thanks for making our stay warm and welcoming! Definitely be back! God bless
Small very quaint motel right across from Big Bay. A clean and friendly spot to spend the night.
Economical priced, located on busy Hy. 2, clean but not fancy decor. Satisfactory if you don't want to pay a high price. Your free to use the lake and cookout , if desired. Owners are very nice and accommodating.
